Hey all, I wanted to share the following two page writeup I found on Hero System. I think it leaves a lot of questions as it is a two page summary. But I think it gives a very high level over view of things. Attachments:

These are the kinds of phrases that make me afraid of Hero System:
I know it's simple math, but I don't enjoy making excessive calculations in game play. It's why d20 appealed to me when 3e came out: Roll a d20, add modifiers. That's just the opinion of your local, math-challenged artist, FWIW.

Keith, totally understand and agree.
The writeup doesn't convey well game play.
The math at game time is very comparable to D&D.
The math of chargen is pretty complicated. If you build a character from the scratch rules.
That is a problem I would think is worth solving and I believe I know the solution.

Hero System uses 3D6 instead of D20. Here is the probilities for rolling each number in a 3D6 roll.
